Because I don't live in the area, Susan made sure that I had all of the resources I needed to prepare my dad's home easily for sale.  She provided me with many names of people and also found information for me quickly when I needed it. When offers came in, Susan guided me thru the appropriate steps and helped me to coordinate the necessary paperwork remotely.
